About Chef David Slatkin and the evenings lecture:

For David Slatkin food and cooking has always been a passion. However, his formal culinary schooling began when he moved to New York and attended the Culinary Institute of America. In 2004, after years of working in the high end Los Angeles restaurant scene, David opened David's Events Catering. David and his family have been attending the JCC for many years and both his daughters are graduates of The Growing Garden Preschool.

David is looking forward to personally greeting you at the "Make Me A Chef" Cooking Class at The Jewish Community Center.
