  • SAUL DREIER

Saul Dreier was born in Poland in 1925. In 1939, Saul's youth in Krakow was cut short with the start of World War II, when the life of the Jewish people turned into the nightmare of the Holocaust. He spent years in Labor Camps and Concentration Camps including in Oscar Schindler's factory. Saul believes that his passion for music was the key to his survival. At the end of the war, Saul was liberated by the US Army, and he lived a few years in Italy and then moved to the United States, where he met his wife and started a business. Now at 97! his stolen youth is still a part of him. As founder of the Holocaust Survivor Band, he runs concerts and speaks to audiences around the world.
