Rabbi Yosef Chaim Kantor is a dynamic global leader, community builder, the Chief Rabbi of Thailand and a mentor to many rabbis and leaders. Rabbi Kantor moved to Bangkok in 1993 under the guidance of the Lubavitcher Rebbe to revitalize Jewish life in Southeast Asia.
